Software Engineer (x7)

Task:

As software engineer candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation and functional test of wireless software. Candidate will be part of the software team and influence the design of low level driver, 802.16 and/or 802.11 MAC level layer protocols. He will also be working closely with the digital team on defining the HW/SW interface to which his implementation will interface.

Requirements

  • MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent minimum

  • 4-5 years or more of experience

  • Experience with wireless communication systems or mobile devices

  • Good knowledge of design and implementation of network device driver

  • Good knowledge of low level driver design and implementation

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and other communication protocols

  • Knowledge of 802.11 and/or 802.16 standards are desirable

  • Experience with debugging drivers and real time operating systems

  • Excellent knowledge of C and coding style for embedded systems

  • Experience with IC test, board level test, and system level functional and performance test

  • Knowledge of design and implementation of Windows applications using MFC is preferred

  • Team player with good communication and documentation skills

Sr. QA Engineer (x1)

 

Tasks:

  • Define system/block level architecture and present design review
  • Develop automated regression and product testing environments.
  • Identify bugs, track fixes and help debug products at the system level.
  • Interact with customers to identify, reproduce, track and close product issues.
  • Interact with development groups to identify, reproduce, track and close product development issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

 

Requirements

 

  • BS degree of Computer Science

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Experience in developing test plans, developing, maintaining and executing automated test environments.

  • Experience in developing QA or other processes.

  • Knowledge of Java, C/C++, Perl, or other scripting / programming languages.

  • Knowledge of network protocols; Wi-Fi is required, WiMAX is a plus

QA Engineer (x3)
 

Tasks:

ASIC design engineer (x4)

Tasks:

1. Interface design

2. BaseBand design

3. Verification

  • Define system/block level architecture and present design review.
  • Perform RTL coding and verification in simulation.
  • Verify the code on FPGA which includes laboratory validation and debugging.
  • Synthesis, static timing analysis, gate level simulation
  • Post-silicon evaluation.

Requirements

 

  • MSEE

  • 5 years experience

  • MSEE with minimum of 5 years experience in the design of high speed / low-power digital circuit along with a proven track record of delivering successful ASICs.

  • Familiarity with digital communication, signal processing and knowledge of networking protocols is a plus.

  • Familiarity with wireless MAC design is a plus.

  • SOC design experience is a plus.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer (x1)

Tasks:

  •  In this newly created position you will be responsible for the system analysis, architecture development, evaluation of leading edge integrated transceivers in the 2-6 GHz freq. range as part of smart antenna, multi input multi output (MIMO) broadband wireless systems. You will also have responsibility for developing reference board level designs in different form factors and frequency bands. Tasks include schematic design, part selection, board layout, debug and bring up, and lab characterization. RF Systems engineers will support the transfer of reference design information to various customers which may require travel to sites.

Requirements

  • MSEE

  • 3-5 years of related experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of RF design experience for WLAN or Cellular products

  • Proficient with all RF measurements and lab equipment Including but not limited to: Spectrum Analyzer, power meter.

  • Candidate should have direct experience in the board level design using highly integrated transceivers

  • Understanding of cellular and WLAN, WiMax standards and systems is a plus.

  • Board design and debug experience.

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills

HW / RF System Manager (x1)

DSP Engineer (x1)

Tasks:

  • Develop the 802.16 PHY baseband algorithms and follow new technology.
  • Interface and evaluate the RF partners.

Requirements

  • MSEE

  • 5 or more years of related experience

  • At least 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in 802.11, OFDM, or CDMA.

  • Involved in the projects at least once from algorithm development to mass production. Preferred if he ever lead a team.

  • Analysis of PHY performance using simulations and testing over varying wireless environments

  • Extensive knowledge of radio communication theory and digital signal processing as well solid background in cellular communication systems.

  • Knows Matlab, C and SPW.

RFIC Design Engineer (x1)

Tasks:

  • Design the RFIC for WiMAX, including the analog circuit design of LNA, mixer, filter, buffer amplifier, PLL, and frequency synthesizers.

Requirements

  • MSEE
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Require at least 3 years of research or design experience in RFIC or microwave circuit design projects in GHz band for wireless applications. Prefer the one who ever designed LNA, mixer, filter, VGA, PLL or frequency synthesizers
